From the papersEdit

The AgeEdit

"In fact, of the 13 Eagles goals, five came from the wing.

First, there was Craig Turley, the club's 1991 best and fairest, getting his first opportunity for the year - and game No. 99 - who showed the skills of old. Turley took just eight minutes to post the first of three goals.

Then, Paul Symmons, 22 and playing only his eighth game, fed the ball into the forward line all night and, in the fourth quarter, kicked his first two goals in AFL football.

But the night belonged to Jason Ball, who kicked five goals and is heir apparent to Sumich."[1]
